The PU filter adopts a one-time molding process with automatic injection molding origami equipment. Design style

With the advantages of high temperature resistance and strong support, the PP material is used to prevent the filter paper from being deformed or damaged due to the super suction of the high-power engine, thus ensuring the stable operation of the filter in various environments.

High-quality PU foam, characterized by high density, high elasticity, aging resistance and degradability, can be fully integrated with filter paper.

The replacement cycle of the air filter is 5,000km to 10,000km. It can be flexibly adjusted depending on the specific vehicle usage.

1. Open the hood to locate the air filter; remove the locking clip or screw and remove the air filter that needs to be replaced.

2. Remove dust from the inside of the air filter base with a well-wrung damp cloth or high pressure air gun.

3. Install a new air filter and related parts (sealing rings, etc.) according to the instructions in the manual. It is necessary to install it in place and lock the snap or screw.

4. Check and make sure that the locking clips or screws are in place, and that the air filter cabin is working properly, without deformation or gaps.
